The highlights of his collection were sold by M&M and Bank Leu in Zurich on May 28, 1974 in a hugely successful auction. This auction has gone done in numismatic history as one of the best. To own a Kunstfreund coin is akin to owning the "Rolls Royce" of coins. Harlan J. Berk Ltd. has had a personal copy of the entire Kunstfreund collection for many years and just recently decided to make a limited number of bound copies available to our customers.
