Andrew Steiner's serious pursuit of photography began at the age of 16. During his senior year in high-school Andrew initiated a a year-long project spending time with and documenting the homeless of Rochester, NY. The project won a best portfolio award and his photographs were exhibited at the Rochester Institute of Technology as well as in Washington D.C. Andrew continues to pursue freelance editorial and documentary assignments as well as develop his own personal projects. Clients include The Gene Siskel Film Center, The Jane Goodall Institute and other nonprofit and commercial businesses. His work has been published in New City Chicago, UR Chicago and Andrew is a regularly contributing member of the online photo-journal, Burn. Magazine.
