Islamic Glazed Terracotta Oil Lamp Late Mameluke, ca. 1100-1300 AD. Wheel made. Slightly recessed round base with short sides, thick short stem through the middle supports a 4" diameter grooved and rounded shallow dish with sloped underside. In the middle of the dish is a stem with a rounded molding in the middle, a pinched three wicked reservoir atop. There is a strap handle from the dish rim to the top back of the reservoir.
