European Carnelian Cameo Necklace ca. 18th to 19th cent. A.D.. Sculpted in high relief with the draped bust of a child, his head turned sharply to his left, his lidded eyes with articulated pupils, his hair a mass of short curling locks. Set in 18k modern gold, strung on an 18" leather cord with gold closure. Cameo L. 1 1/2".
