East Greek Ionian Terracotta Lydion ca. 6th Century BC. An ovoid body on a tall flaring foot, a wide cylindrical neck with slight flare leading up to the flat disc lip. The body with a broad black band and minor brown bands, the neck and foot in black. No restoration. Ex Helios Gallery, 2009. H. 3 5/8" (9 cm).
