South Italian Gnathian Ware Oinochoe ca. 4th Century BC. The oinochoe with bulbous body, decorated around the neck with a garland of flowers and leaves with two ribbons and a female mask hanging from it, lion mask at the top of the handle. The piece has been restored. Ex Christie's, London, 4 November 1985, lot 277. H. 9 1/8" (23 cm).
