Ogden’s Subdivision of South East Corner of Block 55 Kinzie’s Addition to Chicago

Ogden’s corner of block 55 consisted of seven separate lots and was bordered by an unnamed

street to the north, Superior Street to the south and Pine Street, which is now St. Clair to the east.

Each lot within Ogden’s Subdivision measured 25 x 50 feet with one large lot measuring 25 x

100 feet that bordered Pine Street.

Condition:

Small holes within the title from oxidation of the ink. Minor damage along the

margins is apparent. Manuscript on verso is visible on recto.
